The Company is a Singapore headquartered, Indonesia-focused fintech lending platform for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (“MSMEs”) fully licensed by the Financial Services Authority of Indonesia (OJK). The Company’s mission is to use technology and data to provide small businesses with access to working capital solutions from retail and institutional lenders. Adivira Capital provided a Convertible Loan to facilitate an acquisition for the Company.
Established in 1995, Southgate Ventures is a Singapore-based operator and manager of private K-12 schools across Southeast and South Asia with a mission to deliver quality, affordable, and technology-enabled education to the wider population. Southgate mainly operates under Singapore Intercultural School (“SIS”) brand, with 10 campuses operated or managed in Indonesia, India, Myanmar, and South Korea, offering Singapore, Cambridge, and International Baccalaureate (“IB”) curriculums, with a special focus on personalized learning for each student.
Mining Infrastructure & Logistics Company

The Company is a leading mining infrastructure and logistics services provider in Indonesia, serving mining companies across various commodities. Adivira Capital provided a short-term bridge financing solution to facilitate a debt restructuring, enabling the Company to obtain a loan refinancing from a leading local bank to revamp its capital structure.
